Annual General Meeting and Family BBQ
March 25, 2018 @ 11:00 am - 2:00 pm
We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Sunday the 25th of March from 11am – 2pm at Kurilpa. The AGM will begin at 11am followed by our first family BBQ for the year! We would love to see as many families at this event as possible, please RSVP in the foyer. There will be a BBQ and drink stall available on the day.
The Agenda for the AGM will be as follows:
- Confirmation of minutes of Annual General Meeting held in 2017
- Presidents Report
- Financial Report
- Election of Management Committee for 2018-2019.
